Why did you choose to do this sport: So I could set new PR’s and stay in shape.
What is the hardest workout the coach makes you do: “30,20,10” which is 30 seconds of jogging, 20 seconds of running and 10 seconds of sprinting.
What is your goal for this season: Getting more medals
Have you ever faced a challenge in track? If so how did you overcome this problem: My leg cramped during a race so I had to keep running until the pain went away .
What advice would you give to anyone who wants to run track also: Track is really a mental sport as well, so as long as you have a positive mindset, track won’t be as difficult as you might think it is.
