Have you ever faced a challenge in track? If so, how did you overcome this problem: Longer races like the 400m. I had to pace myself.
What advice would you give to anyone who wants to run track also: Don’t full sprint in the longer races.

What does team work mean to you: Team work means working hard and helping people that are struggling, not pushing them down.
What is your favorite part about track: My favorite part about track is how I get to meet all kinds of kids from different schools and how it is like only me.

Why did you choose to do this sport: I chose this so I could fill the time from basketball to football but now I realize it is an amazing sport.
What is the hardest workout coach makes you do: 30’s, 20’s, 10’s is the time we have to jog for, then run, then sprint.
What is your goal for this season: To throw 120ft on discus.
Have you ever faced a challenge in track? If so, how did you overcome this problem: Yes, I couldn’t get my discus to spin properly, so I kept practicing and I finally got it better.
What is the funniest thing (If you want to) that has happened to you during track: I threw my discus into the track my first time at a meet and it almost hit a girl running.
What advice would you give to anyone who wants to do track: Do it, it gets you out of the house. There are so many difficult events, so you can do exactly what you want.
