On April 1st, Daryl Cobb held an amazing presentation here at NMS. Mr. Cobb is an American children’s book author who mainly writes picture books for younger audiences; middle schoolers and young adults. He has written many children’s books and has around seventeen to nineteen titles! Some of his most popular books are Baseball, Bullies & Angels, Mr. Moon, and Bill the Bat Loves Halloween. Before Mr. Cobb was a full-time author, he worked as an actor, singer and musician. He even performed in theater productions like Biloxi Blues and the Wizard of Oz. Overall it was pretty cool to see him. As we came into the cafeteria he was playing his guitar and the drums trying to get everyone engaged! As he walked around the cafeteria he recited blurbs from his book. He really tried to get everyone involved and he did just that throughout his whole presentation.
