Being a part of track and field is very challenging, especially when you haven’t ran it before. One of our Journalism members who track has noticed one of our track athletes, Kaiden Roller due to his commitment in this sport. That is why we have decided to do a track spotlight on him. So, without further ado… let’s meet Kaiden!

What is your PR: 1:04.38 in the 400 meter dash

What inspired you to run track: I wanted to become faster and gain more endurance.

What is your “pump up” song: “Man of the year” by Juice Wrld

What do you enjoy about track: I like seeing the results of my work.

What is the most frustrating part about track: When people aren’t focused and they mess around.

Do you prefer sprinting or distance: Sprinting

Aside from school practice, do you do extra practicing: Yes, I love getting in extra work.

What advice would you give to anyone who wants to run track also: Work as hard as you can.
